These Terms govern use of Callviro, a WhatsApp automation and AI receptionist service for businesses.
Use of the service
Businesses may use Callviro only for lawful customer communication and appointment-related workflows. You are responsible for your customer relationships, disclosures, consents, message content, and compliance with applicable laws and WhatsApp/Meta policies.
WhatsApp Business Platform
Callviro integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform. Use of WhatsApp is subject to Meta's applicable terms, policies, rate limits, message template rules, and commerce/messaging policies.
Prohibited use
- No spam, deceptive messaging, harassment, illegal content, or unauthorized outreach.
- No attempts to bypass platform rules, security controls, tenant boundaries, or access restrictions.
- No use of Callviro for emergency services or situations where a delayed or incorrect response could cause harm.
AI assistance
Callviro may use AI to draft or automate responses. AI output can be imperfect. Businesses remain responsible for reviewing important interactions and setting appropriate handoff rules.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. WhatsApp, Meta, hosting, network, and third-party provider issues may affect availability.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Callviro is provided as-is and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
